“Toothfish, we fishermen call it white gold. For what ?
Because Patagonian Toothfish is prized by rare connoisseurs, because its fishing keeps the taste for adventure intact. The adventure of sailors on whom the frozen and foaming waves of the Roaring 40th are constantly crashing.
Perhaps also because it is the immense ice of the Antarctic continent, those which one sees from the French Southern Territories which melt a little in the immaculate flesh of this legendary fish which lives between 300 and 2000 meters deep.
There is gold in all these dreams that we invite you to share with us, thanks to fishing under high scientific supervision that you can follow for the first time thanks to our latest QWEHLI innovation: blockchain traceability. »

A story
of family and enthusiasts who come from the sea
Created by the duo Azmina Goulamaly and Simon Deprez, Qwehli has been offering seafood products that have been rigorously selected and frozen to perfection for more than 10 years.
Our roots are in the Indian Ocean, with our own shrimp farm Black Qwehli installed in Mozambique and Patagonian Toothfish fishing campaigns off the Kerguelen and Crozet islands. Rich in this history of aquaculture and fishing, our Maison has forged ties with
exceptional producers and fishermen all over the world. If we manage to collaborate with women and these men, it is because we know the immense technicality of these trades to practice them.
Today, Qwehli isa team of enthusiasts and experts. We work every day with determination to offer you seafood products of incomparable quality that will seduce the most uncompromising among you.
“Our initial job is to provide the most beautiful tables in the world.
Both producers and scouts of exceptional products, we have been keen to combine for more than 10 years; flavor, expertise, know-how and environmental awareness.
We produce the finest prawns on our own farm in Mozambique and are present in Réunion to select the finest specimens of Patagonian toothfish caught in French waters of the French Southern and Antarctic Lands.”
Simon Deprez,
QWEHLI General Director

Selection,
know-how and conservation
are the ingredients that allow us to offer seafood products of excellence.

The art of selection
We meticulously source each product, caught in the right place, at the right time and in the best possible way. By ensuring total transparency of our supplies from selected sectors and by selecting fishing methods that minimize the impact on ecosystems, we want to combine gastronomy and commitment to the sea.
A traditional know-how
The search for authenticity has been in our DNA since day one. Working with expert partners and forging strong and lasting ties with them is essential in order to maintain the authenticity of our products.
Controlled conservation
We have acquired unique expertise in preservation to ensure the ultra-freshness of our products. This is the only method for us to serve you products as they come out of the water.
